Yes, a woman after getting raped (assuming she didn't get AIDS or something) can begin the heeling, the act itself is probably over in 20 minutes or less, then she can begin heeling, she gets lots of social support, whereas inceldom is a life sentence of being practically asexually raped, there is no recovery period as it is ongoing throughout life, there is no support (only social shame and ridicule-- and victim blaming), also men can get sexually raped too, and still gets no support, he'd be laughed out of court for taking it to court in the first place.
