I think the more important question here is if dick size is related to height.
They measured flaccid length, which is pretty damn irrelevant when it comes to penis size. Then again if we can show that flaccid size has a positive correlation with erect size then we may have something here. Also the population also only consisted of Italian males.

If your dick is big you don't know what it's like to have a small one. Dick size is only relevant if you are already good looking, it does nothing without height and face. But if you do manage to get girls suddenly dick size becomes probably as important. While being tall or having a good face is good on its own without the need of the others.
I don't have height nor do I have a big dick but if I had to choose one of the two, I'd choose 6'3 height all day. How often would I use my dick realistically? Right, not often. How often do I have to go past people and get heightmogged to oblivion? Right, every day.
