It's very hard to get subreddits banned at all because there's a select group of mods that control almost every corner of that godforsaken website. Anything that bashes men is accepted like TwoXChromosomes or 4b, or hell any woman-only sub. Don't bother, they don't affect your life in the slightest and are merely raging.

There is one idea that would take... time. Someone could continuously post on IT and eventually become a mod. Said mod mass sabotages the entire site. I remember this being done to a faggot discord server
