There have been a few times I've been lucky enough to regain consciousness during sleep paralysis, but I wasn't very alert then, so I always rushed to get the dream to let me have sex, and in the end, I kicked out of the dream.
It wasn't medication; at those times, I was just sleep-deprived and tired. I also usually masturbate every 5-6 days.

It sort of tricks your brain into going into sleep paralysis, and Gingko is a GABA antagonist and increases acetylcholine, so it keeps you from falling asleep totally and more easily becoming aware that your in a dream.

As someone with experience with lucid dreaming, do you think dreamaxing is a good solution? I think it's the best solution for those who are prone to whitepillar.

I mean, being a god in a dream must satisfy all repressed desires in real life and free you from the suffering of being an incel, right? I saw a post of you feeling depressed after having a great dream, so I was a little curious.
