I'm not on the level of colostomy bag fucked up but I do have many medical issues that would severely limit me from finding love due to no girl wanting to put up with all I have to do just to function normally. I look like hell 99% of the time hence why I stay in my room all the time. Back when I was young I could have found me a nice teen girl to fuck and wife and she would love me and grow with me so she wouldn't care about my medical issues but now? No 30+ woman is going to want to put up with a guy with tons of medical problems. Is there a specific term for that kind of person or is it all in my head?

Health problems is really the worst way life can fuck you over. No matter how much of a truecel you are, being sick enough is worse. Of course, having both problems is hell. This should be more appreciated in the incel community.
