There are probably better solutions or more encompassing ones but I only want to speak on what I know completely.

To keep it short, it is legislated in at least 2 western governments I know for foids to receive affirmative action in the workplace, this catapults them financially ahead of mean and therefore they end up deeming men who underearn unattractive.
By actually achieving equality and removing these from our laws not only could we have "equality" but foids would become more attracted to more men.
