Title?

Personally, I think yes.

i dont think so, but I believe in a right to be given a fair chance at it

What even are rights? There's stuff that happens and stuff that doesn't. I never understood human rights stuff

technically there's no rights to anything at all but I do REALLY wish I could have sex.

No, there isn't. And it never was.
The world and the prince of darkness have merely clouded your senses.
Fornication remains fornication.

Honestly, people have the right to nothing at all. Nothing, absolutely nothing.

No right for a home, for food on the table, for empathy, for happiness, for health. Nothing. Fuck humanity, in nature you were supposed to fight and work for your own shit; the only reason why so many of these issues exist is because we deviated far from our original biological principles.

Unironically, cavemen times was the happiest and fairest point of human history because of how habitation/sensory adaptation works, we are supposed to have constant changes to our environment, constant struggles for our wants and eventually that HIGH DOPAMINE BOOST when we get that reward.

World’s shit now, I’d rather die by an animal during the caveman times than have lived my current life, holy shit.

Yes because every other living thing gets it

They don't exist in reality. However to understand the concept of natural rights you can read 'Two Treatises of Government' by John Locke and to understand the concept of legal rights - 'The Struggle for Law' by Rudolf von Jhering

Yes, obviously

What exactly is a "fair chance"? To me it sounds like this:

No, but let’s be real. The concepts of right and wrong have never really mattered. Only who can get away with X for X reason.
