in theory it should, actual forehead reduction surgery would be a lot more expensive and for obvious reasons i dont want my skull getting cut open
I have seen my pictures from 5 years back and my forehead didn`t look that wide , now with hairfall my forehead looks bigger . So I guess hiar transplant could help if done correctly

Hairline lowering surgery. It's pretty rare to have an abnormally large head, balding is usually the cause of a big forehead. If you're not balding and just have a high hairline, growing the top of your hair longer and letting it fall onto the forehead is your best option.
