I haven’t seen a pheno like this outside of the US tbh. They look white but their bone structure and features is a mix of so many European phenotypes that it's hard to pin point what is what. Even some Native American in there too. All these faces just scream American.

Probably doesn't have much to do with white muttification, you can find shit like this in Europe too it's just rare. Although perhaps a mix of slav and other whites could lead to something like this, certain slav phenotypes have huge skulls but look like orcs, maybe other whites mixed in softening it while still leaving the huge chin.
