my neighbor has one, I hope to break my switch so I can have an excuse to get the oled
the image seems a bit less sharp on the oled but it's big and much better suited for placing it on a table

the OLED has a better table standing leg, and the screen is glass instead of plastic.

also 64GB internal storage compared to the 25 in the non OLED, but you can add up to 2Tb microSD to both

if you mostly play at home take the OLED

you should also get custom joy cons with turbo and macro button
or maybe the hori arcade joycon

learn to money maxx with minimum interaction with society, eg master a craft so you get paid so much per hour 15 hours a week pays all your bills and more. This can be done if become very good at a skill, carpentry, coding, etc and work freelance and contract work.

Don't care about Switch personally but yes OLED panels are better than IPS. Much better contrast and colors.
OLED panels come with a small burn in risk always so also bear that in mind.

I can see only the contracting and self employment for the 2-3 days a week working so you need to get your hourly rates up to at least 25-30 pounds an hour for this to work long term

I have not tried the oled model, because mine still works, and it's not worth it to me anyway because it only changes the handheld mode screen, and not adding something like 4K in TV mode.

screen is slightly bigger so you'd think it'd consume more power, put apparently it's using LED instead of LCD makes it more power-efficient so it balances out

has more built-in memory (2x as much) which is the fastest way to play a game from, next would be inserting a memory chip, with actual cartridges being 3rd fastest

tbh it's prob a stupid investment for me since I haven't even opened it yet and just play on my PC but if I get around to charging it and actually get a life involving some travel I'm sure it'll be useufl

steam/PC is still waht I intend to be my primary method, might jsut buy a couple zelda games and the latest smash
