If that is your question then yes. Indo European Aryans were a people who lived in the Caucasus Mountain area during ancient times and migrated in all directions from there. Europe has always had massive migration waves, long before the modern era.
One of those waves was the indo-europeans (known as Aryans).

Mutations don’t disappear from a gene pool and tend to increase presentation over time. Eventually traits like non-black hair and blue/green eyes will be present in all races despite originating from one of two common trait-progenitor ancestors.

TL DR you should not judge a persons genetics based on their phenotype, especially not singular traits such as hair or eye color because they are very unreliable measurements of lineage.
