Makes me think of a scenario that goes a lil' something like this;

Woman meets up with her friends & is happy to show off her new bf, friends are not impressed with what they see, her opinion of him changes; they don't want to fuck him & it's damaging her rep. She pulls him aside & dumps him 10 minutes later saying he's a nice guy & it's not him; it's her. An hour later she's getting hit on by Chad that all her friends have been eye fucking all night, he's forcing himself on her & she wants it but also protests.
