I've been a NEET for 8 years (for the most part), and the more time progresses the more I just want to lay in bed and doomscroll or watch shows, read, etc. basically just fictionmaxxing. I dont even want to get up anymore to go on my pc to play vidya or something that requires alot of my input. Is it truly over now?

Let me warn you though, what you describe is literally your body entering a vegetative state in preparation to die. I've had it get so bad I didn't drink a single drop of water for over 2 days because I simply couldn't be bothered to, just laying on my bed half asleep. It's horrible how long-term depression can mow you down.
