You will get cystic acne or even acne conglobata (my case) and you will also have shit ton of water retention, so you will have moonface regardless of leanness, steroid also increase production of sebum which can make pores bigger (happened to me I have visible dark pores all over me) it will also give you wrinkles, adds about 5-10 years on top of your age
