It would probably be considered white but it depends on genetics. They will not look fully 100% white but only Europeans would be able to tell the difference as it would probably be very subtle just like there is a subtle difference in looks between north/south of western Europe even both are still considered fully white.

About half of Italians literally look no different from Arabs. Probably the very least whitest country in Europe. Less white than even Turkey perhaps.
