Really not anything to discuss. Hiei is a static character for the most part while Sasuke is a dynamic character with a traumatic past. they both follow the edgy and emo character archetype but that's where their similarities end. Sasuke's role is much deeper than that of a rival character (Hiei's main purpose in the story).
