this comes from my own personal experience. i was sent to a mental health hospital a few years ago. our wards were separate from the female wards and i dont remember seeing a single foid while i was there except for the doctors and nurses. this was around 2021 so covid was probably the reason why there was 0 contact between wards, idk tho
