is play-asia.com safe to buy Nintendo Switch e-shop credits from?

the Jap switch eshop blocked buying games through it as of March 2025,
so this appears to be the only way to get the games.

(yes these games are only available on the jap eshop)

question is, is their site safe to do business with?
