First, he can't really fly on his own, he's got to have Palutena control his flying.

Well it's more about talking about him when he gets to the legal age of 18. Stuff can change, though social skills are supposed to be developed only a few years after birth, so that might be skills for life if he continues to be anti-social with a majority of others.

Well I think a psychologist would have a better time answering the age of developing social skills. But from experience, social skills are shown at such an early age, around pre-teens, so Pit might still just be stuck to having no social skills.
