Discussion Is not understanding who you are an identity crisis? If it is I definitely have it

Not that I care or it affects me but I'm old enough to know I was merely shaped by my environment and my experiences were because of factors that weren't inherently within me.

I don't know who I am, it's definitely not a crisis and that important but I'm just lost I get pushed around a lot that's tough I simply am nobody but a coward I guess
