Do you think sardines and salmon is safe? I dont like red meat but I do like fish....but you know i hear things about dioxine pcbs and mercury etc.

On and off for years.....its been about a year now.....I did have to start taking b12 supplement as that came out low

I wouldn't eat salmon tbh. If you gotta eat fish then eat wild caught deep water fish.

You are right. I just wish it was easier to get, like raw butter for example. I can make my own from raw milk but it takes time and you need alot of raw cream for it. I just have to shlonk alot of raw eggs instead.

As for raw eggs, I need at least 6 of of those per day to feel the effect.

As for raw pork fat, now THAT stuff is nice. Pork fat REALLY increases my T. I can feel it.

I always buy the cold smoked one with little salt.
Salt is bad, I know, but it is superficial anyway. It barely seeps into the fat.

So I cut my some slices and then wash of the salt.
Always enjoy it at room temperature. Works best.

Your gums absorb nutrients fast, so it is vital to chew your food properly.

Nutritional science is full of lies and misconceptions and it shows. Vegans and vegetarians look like zombies. The vast majority of vegetables don't look like food, they never did to me.

VERY common. In fact, even the normiest of normies eat mett sausage, mett on bread with onions and butter and mett with raw eggs mixed into it.

It is a very german thing to do here. We also have nicknamed it "Bauarbeitermarmelade" which means construction worker jam.

Yeah, I forgot about those. Yes, almost every milk farmer has vending machines where you can buy raw, whole milk.

It is SO MUCH BETTER than buying it in stores also.

It only costs one € per litre while in stores even the cheapest pasteurized litre costs 1.4€ .

Same goes for eggs in some stores. You pay 3.5 - 5€ for 10 eggs in stores whereas your local farmer sells them for 3 - 4€ for 10 eggs and they are of better quality.

That is what happens on a high carb diet because you're constantly spiking your blood sugar. Both of my sisters went vegan before and they couldn't last more than a couple of years on it because they got sick.

Indeed. at my local grocery store, a healthy, grass fed burger gets a D score. It's laughable how the EU tries to deceive people with bad diet options. But hey, the more normscum dies, the better. Let them feast away on that slop

Do not believe the anti carb dogs tho. Carbs are needed for energy, and as long as you don't spike your insuline, it isn't bad for your health. You shouldn't overconsume on carbs though, especially sugars, and eat a clean diet with no artificial additions

I never eat candy. Occasionally, I eat some ice cream, only 2 scoops max. I mostly eat either baked potatoes, rice, or beans. Those are my preferred carbs, and occasionally I eat some fruit. I drink a lot of tea with 1 cube of sugar max. As long as you don't spike your insuline, your inflammation markers won't flare up

i actually take 2 cheat days where i eat whatever i want but i don t over eat like a pig plus those are days where i will lift

There's no such thing as bad cholesterol. It's always beneficial. It doesn't cause heart disease. What causes heart disease are seed oils. They crystalize and harden in the arteries causing heart disease.
