His best friend (22M) had a birthday party and he kinda had to go. He goes there and goes there and is actually approached by a girl (19F). Apparently he rejected the girl after one of his friends pulled him aside and told him this girl “had been around”(he apprently knew her and was right). My brother told him he already wasn’t interested because the girl “didn’t dress modestly”.

All the girls at the party started talking about it and spreading it around our village so that’s how I found out. They all call him a slutshamer and I asked him directly and he had the same exact story and confirmed it to be true.

I'm wondering if he is in the wrong and if he is misogynistic?
