I've been an avid mewer for years now and can conclusively say it doesn't affect your face at all

Edit: if you want to grow your jaw muscles (not bones, just the muscles) your best bet is chewing a lot of gum daily. Beyond that virtually everything is pseudoscience

If you're not fully developed, mewing can help your bones. If you're a grown man, the only change you'll see is facial fat loss.
