Is Mega Man Legacy Addition worth buying?

On sale for only 5 bucks on Nintendo Switch until the end of the year. Was thinking of making some money and copping it. Is it more resourceful to simply play the roms on an emulator instead?

If you want play it on the go then buy it but if you don't care about that get a PC

Yeah, I never play games on the go. Only on TV or a keyboard and mouse setup.
