I'd say discuss with them, (even if you take on medical debt, you might need their help for emergencies/vacation or other stufd)and then decide. Also think far out and see what speciality you will do and talk to alumni or doctors and see if it is the right fitthey are slightly upper-middle class, but i wouldn't want to burden them with the costs as they are crazy anyway.
