Can anybody that lives in LA confirm or deny this ?
Is Los Angeles really full of Chads and Stacy’s or is that a myth ?
the rich parts like Beverly Hills and probably party school liks UCLA

Depends on where you go. Rich areas have the top tier stacies and chads. Everywhere else is mostly meh tier PSL5s. Mexicans everywhere.
You just cannot compare it to Minsk, Kiev or Warsaw. In LA you have stacies in really rich areas, but you will not see them much if you not belong to their social circle, because they don't use public transportation and middle level stores. In Minsk, for example, you can stand in the metro or bus next to a young copy of Claudia Shiffer or something on that level.
Certain neighborhoods are, but overall no. I would say Manhattan is more Chad/Stacy central.
No movie or TV show has ever accurately portrayed the sheer number of normie Hispanics here. And Asians have outnumbered Black people since the year 2000.

NYC, and especially, Manhattan is definitely more Chad&Stacy than LA
It's full of drug addicts and hispanics
Not much in terms of an influx of them, only if you head to the richer areas such as Beverly hills you're gonna most likely encounter a few 8/10+ guys but as a previous user mentioned most people that live in LA or the metropolitan surrounding areas are normie whites or Hispanics.
