If you mean nice as in looking agreeable/conforming and in some contexts submissive, then yes. I have weak chin and flat cheekbones, and to add insult to injury, I wear glasses and have very open eyes (no hunter eyes), and therefore look very "nice". Recently, I've been reading studies on how developed masseter muscles are highly correlated with well developed cheekbones and jawlines, which inclines me to believe that altering the facial bone structure without surgery is possible.
