Many jurisdictions treat lolicon porn as actual CSAM. Aside from the moral question, legally it is regarded as actual illegal pornographic content for *checks paper* some reason. Some other jurisdictions distinguish between drawn and simulated through, for instance, AI. Best to check for yourself if your country allows it or not.
As for the media itself, it's porn, so of course it's bad. It's usually regarded as more perverse than vanilla tags. A lot of works center around elementary schoolers. I find it weird. What I find weirder is the constant back and forth between those who want to see it obliterated and all lolicons exterminated, and the lolicons themselves. Many times those who have campaigned against lolicon content have been found to be irl child predators, ironically. Niggers should probably read Shimoneta and figure out what happens in a puritan society.
