Ok. In the long run I do not think LL is good for anyone. I am short too but my siblings are similar heights to me so IDK what it is like for you.

Your body will look disproportionate and I assume it will be bad as you get older even if its only a few inches. I would not do it.
It is worth it. Just don't go too far like the guy who got 7 inches.
I plan to get shoulders widened too.
Proportions don't matter too much. Many tall guys have shorter arms like cavil.
I personally would not get any cosmetic surgery, but I guess if you don't go overboard with it you will be fine and it will help.

If yout base height is 5’8 just get some lifts + heel implants (jfl) if it’s possible in the future, LL is for turbomanlets like me
