The words themselves are not an insult, yet the context of the listener being older than a boy and a good boy being contrary to an alpha male indicates the opposite. Hence, both words are insults to the subject the lyrics are referring to. Although one could argue that the subject is not the listener himself, the nature of the music results in the listener imagining himself as the subject. Despite this, it is in theory possible to listen to the song without imaging oneself as the subject, an act which is not cucked by any objective measure. Furthermore, one can argue that the voice of the singer sound like that of a loli. A femoid child calling one a "good boy" is an act of childlike innocence that can in no way be interpreted as an insult. Nevertheless, the singer is in reality an adult femoid, which arguably renders the latter argument invalid.
