Is lean maxxing worth a try?

Yeah you can give it a shot, it probably won't do shit in terms of girls, but it gives you something to work towards to. A sense of progression always feels good

I think if anything it would probably make you feel better mentally after losing the weight. People underestimate the effect that hormones and neurotransmitters have on your mood. Although during caloric deficit you will probably feel worse for a while

I don't think that my health would really get any better going from 18% to 14%. I was hoping that it may help me with foids?
