LDARing can be peaceful if you do it right. As long as you kinda take care of yourself, and do limited trips out in public every few days so your brain doesn't get cabin fever. Even the Hikikomori (severe recluses of Japan) take short trips to convenient stores at night to get food and drinks.

Truth be told, everytime i try to come out of NEET & LDAR i end up regretting it. I try to convince myself that maybe everything's not as bad as my mind says it is, then i'm reminded, it's not only as bad, it's WORSE.
