K2, spice and near enough all it's variants are shit tbh. It's likely not gonna hurt you. People just publicize rare deaths over these things. The issue with it would be addiction but it's not even like its a drug youd want to take anyway jfl. Unless you want to be on your ass and retarded not knowing shit I guess but there are other drugs that do a much better job of it. I never found spice to be that great tbh.
