No, only in Asia, but you need to be rich to move there and have to spend 1000 hours to learn their stupid ching chong languages. If you live in your ethnic country it matters more if you are that ethnicity. For example, most people on this site are white and live in white countries.
It depends. If you’re only talking about JBW and looks it just needs to be in a location with little white people such as Asia or even parts of the USA. But JBW is more than just looks
