Also the printing press was actually made in China centuries before, but Gutenburg printing press mechanized the transfer of ink from movable type to paper by using screw mechanisms that were used by some trades work in the region. This allowed for assembly line work pretty much. So yeah, this was really important.
And the list you posted does seem like there is a lot of inventions and discoveries. They seem to be really important in science, so I will say that they probably might add up the other few european countries that actually did do important science. However, by your logic, since the English pretty much made up modern science and empiricism, this was a result of contact with the British. But I do aknowledge the importance of German work and remembered many scientists that were from there. They also invented cars and are still very important transportation innovators
Because of how extensive they are, I can now say without a doubt that almost every important innovation from Europe comes from the English and the Germans, while the rest mostly didnt do shit. I would still say that the British did way more and of way more significant in almost all areas(industrial revolution, second agricultural revolution, capitalism, modern governments, etc). But regardless, based on looking at other big countries like France, Sweden, and whatever else I could think of, almost all inventions and innovations of white people are made by the British or Germans.

With a high average IQ, we could make genetic modification possible that gives us superior bodies, along with creating artificial intelligence that makes life for humans more comfortable and satisfying.
