He has been working out for a year or so and has barely progressed. Most of it is his fault because he doesn't eat enough so people made a lot of memes about him for not training hard and getting used by people for views.
Looking at this face, I think he qualifies as a truecel. Unlike Joe Fazer, this guy's chin is recessed, uneven eye area and he's basically a skeleton. Even if he ends up taking training seriously, his face will hold him back.
