Depends, it will increase your mental health to some degree in the sense of feeling catharsis afterwards, sometimes men even ask you about your increasing muscle mass, but it makes only minor differences on the resonance you get from females (a chad with muscles is better than a chad without muscles, but incel with muscles is still incel). It's good for your mental/physical health though, but when it doesn't bring you pleasure you shouldn't feel forced to do it. It's up to you. I recommend trying for some months and then coming to a conclusion.
