From what I've seen as a Eurocel, the USA is much worse when it comes to degeneracy.

I personally think America is a bit worse because American foids are even more picky about height. European foids also obsess over height but a bit less than American foids.
In Europe it's semi-common to have manlet heads of state for example, but in America all the presidents have been 6'+, and short guys get absolutely shit on everywhere.
However, there's not much difference ultimately, if you are ugly or short you are fucked either way, and both are very shit to be a sub-8 man in.
