Its hard to get information, but Ukraine conscripting women does not bode well.
Additionally the average Ukrainian solider is 44 (Partially because easter europe has bad demographics)

They have plenty of men from all ages who are too poor to avoid a draft and useful for the meat grinder.
However the Zelensky gov is aware a new mobilization would be highly impopular.
The issue is ammo/money, Ukraine without western money would've collapsed months ago.
