This looks so fucking awful and degrading bruh wtf Imagine working in a minimum wage job and having to stand idiot customers and managers on a power trip, and on top of that they make you do silly dances before begining your shift. Can any walmartcels confirm this is a standard practice or not all Wallmarts do it? Also notice how those who are enjoying the dance the most are the fat foids in front.

The walton family are masters at manipulating employees. They have turnover which is fine tuned so that employees rarely stay long enough to get pay raises or much benefits. I was at the wall mart in sioux city iowa and an old woman collapsed in front of me hit her head on the floor pretty hard but her daughter told me not to call an ambulance(presumably because it would put them in dire financial straights). Meanwhile this clean looking white teen cashier had a pissed off look on his face, hating his job and the fake ass positivity so much that he forgot to be human.
