How can we brutally, effectively rewire a high inhib brain ?
I can speak from personal experience that this does NOT workYes, will take a lot of behavioral adjustment, you’ll have to start small. Even just saying hi to strangers on the street is a start.

The Roles of Dopamine D2 Receptor in the Social Hierarchy of Rodents and Primates - Scientific Reports
Dopamine (DA) plays significant roles in regulation of social behavior. In social groups of humans and other animals, social hierarchy exists, which is determined by several behavioral characteristics such as aggression and impulsivity as well as social affiliations. Dopamine 2 receptors dictate social hierarchy.
A lot of dopaminergic drugs make people more confident and many gabaergic drugs make people more low inhib, essentially if you can raise your dopamine and gaba baseline you can become more confident and low inhib. So what works? Jogging, meditation, supplements. Also avoiding unnaturally stimulating things, like excess sugar, masturbation, porn, drugs (as they will only work temporarily,) and the list goes on.
From what I remember and have understood, regular exercise ie jogging can increase dopamine production. The effect lasts over a week and might be cumulative. Same goes for meditation and yoga.
Orgasms will increase your prolactin which counteracts with dopamine. This is not meme broscience either, you can search the relationship of dopamine and prolactin yourself by google.
Porn and other unnatural extreme stimuli like drugs or even sugar will make your dopamine receptors less dense, thus making the dopamine you have in your system less efficient in doing its job. Also scrolling on electronic devices all day is unnatural stimuli, which leads to less dense D2 receptors.
There are also certain supplements that can work, I take vitamin E, tribulus, apigenin, D3, sometimes P5P, schisandra, ginkgo biloba and sometimes ginseng as they all lower prolactin.
My advice? You don't need to go overboard with all of this. Just reduce your screen time, exercise, don't watch porn and don't masturbate, take vitamin D3 and meditate daily. It will take time but after a week or two you'll notice a difference. That is, if you're willing to go through all of that.
