You just have to socialize rregularly with people irl are aren't complete morons and/or are able to show you some support (they have to be NT themselves tho). It is a catch 22-ish but not really since you can just step outside and ask your therapist if you can hang out with him and his buddies and start from there if you have one but we all know therapists are retarded and gayer than nigger ass
