Ok so i hear crackling sounds in my one side of the jaw, WTF should i be concerned?

Damn, man. I'm sorry to say but you've got what they call "cocksucker's jaw," it's what happens when you repetitively open your mouth wide to suck on things.
I honestly have this thing when I open my mouth (as in with yawning) wide I feel my jaw ike "dropping" lower than usual and then going back up again which is kind of unsettling and a little painful.
