I think it's more normal now than it used to be. I was like that for awhile in Highschool, but then I just started inserting myself amongst the gamer nerds & they just kinda accepted me lol. Apparently if you just stand near also socially awkward people but occasionally make input in conversations about games or whatever, they'll just automatically friend you generally

Got held back a year. Hopped off meds for a year and I genuinely couldn’t function. Never had friends in high school as well so it was dreadful coming to school.
