been doing that involuntarily this week, completely fine and doable. i was sleeping mostly from 9am to 7pm and once from 1pm till 10pm, feel the same as sleeping at night but could find motivation to do anything more than drinking whiskey and listening to blues rock for most of the night so kinda useless time. if you can motivate yourself to do something in that time like go on a run/gym/walk/work its fine
