Yes, but the consequences for getting caught are more dire. So you'll have to weigh out your opinions. If you decide to rape a foid in Germany you'll be out in two years normally, even less on good behavior. In Romania you'll get out in 5, best case scenario and guys there will rape your ass.
Anyhow if you are smart and know how not to get caught go try your luck in the third world. If you are autistic and can't see it through (the graping, murder and disposal of body) perhaps you should try that stuff in the first world. The US is tough on crime though so idk, Europe is more libertine.
