Serious Is it better to buy toy from chink or Japanese?

Japan transformER:

Official licensed toy from takara tomy.
Most expensive
Vehicle licenses
Worse materials ( plastic is good but no die cast metal )
Good transformation engineering

China transformER:

Unofficial
Better paint
Better build quality ( LOT OF metal )
Some good engineering but some are horrible
Slightly Cheaper
Overall more premium look & feel.

What is better? Give money to Japan mega toy company or Chinese chinks?

Chinese products will usually be of lower price but lesser quality
Japanese will be of higher price but good quality

The choice is yours (I prefer cheaper, since it's not like you'll be playing with them anyway)

Chinese actually has higher quality for transformERs. Especially fanstoys they are built way better than the official stuff.
