In many cases yes, Chads other differences such as personaliteeheehee be attributed to the halo effect and the positive effect regular sex has on the brain.
The basic difference is appearance, but chads enjoy a lot more of development in other areas, especially socially, because of their looks. They live in a positive feedback loop so they have high confidence and self-esteem, they get to practice social skills more and thus are less likely to be mentalcels, they experience halo effect, tend to have better jobs, etc.
Yes chads will likely tend to be more self centered and egotistical than us, less interesting as human beings (as i doubt beyond smashing roasties and sports there is much) and have likely read far less books than us (see above)
Also, Chads being NT and good-looking start developing a go-getter and successful personalities and behaviors from an early age.
Even if you get surgery as an adult, you never regain the formative years of your infancy to develop as a confident well-liked person, you never regain the confident years of your adolescence to get early experiences such as sex, and friendship; you never get another chance to go through college befriending all the heirs and sons of businessmen who will be your connections into the business world, and so on.
I call this the "arrested development pill" : we missed so much early experiences that cannot be regained even if we were to become good-looking. These experiences mold your character, you psyche, your social circle, etc.
