If I'm on a bus, and bend over in front a foid that's sitting down and "accidentally" let one rip right before getting off the bus, is that considered a crime?

It's one of those situations where there isn't a specific law about it, but in practice, any judge would find a way to make some juridic juggling and fuck with you if things happened to end up in court.
