Discussion Is it a bad idea for me to try to escape my life and just serve in the military for few years as an autistic dude with speech impediments

My family's a mess. I can't get into university after finishing high school, and I don't have any real skills honestly, it feels like I've got negative ones. Even simple jobs like call center work or being a store clerk aren't really an option for me. So the idea of just serving in the army for a few years to escape all this crap sounds kinda tempting

How will the army accept you if a supermarket won't? Either way the army is awful. You take numerous vaccines, are stripped of your humanity and individuality, and ofc might die for some BS. I'm speaking very generally I'm not familiar with every branch of the miliraty.
